These terms govern your use of Webinar Pro, a webinar-hosting service operated by WIN With Lee Limited (Company No. 17432233, registered in England & Wales, Basingstoke RG24 9TH) from the United Kingdom.
Last updated: 2 September 2026
Please note: this document is a standard template provided as a starting point. It has not been reviewed by a qualified legal professional and should be checked and adapted by the business owner before being relied upon.
1. Agreement
By creating an account, subscribing or otherwise using Webinar Pro (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Team seats (where included in your plan) may be issued to people you invite; you remain responsible for their use of the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- upload, host or transmit unlawful, defamatory, harassing or infringing content;
- infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
- send unsolicited bulk email or otherwise breach UK GDPR / PECR marketing rules;
- distribute malware, attempt to breach security, or probe or scan our systems;
- resell, sublicense or white-label the Service beyond the rights in your plan;
- place unreasonable load on the platform or circumvent plan limits.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice where the breach is serious or unlawful.
4. Your content
You retain all ownership of the videos, registration data, branding and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, transcode where necessary, and deliver Your Content solely in order to operate the Service for you. You confirm you hold all rights and consents needed for Your Content, including for any third parties appearing in your videos.
5. Plans, limits and fair use
Plan entitlements — webinars per month, maximum attendees per session, replay window length, evergreen scheduling, timed offer overlays, analytics depth, white-label branding and team seats — are enforced by the Service according to your active subscription. Uploaded video files are limited to 2 GB each. Exceeding a limit may result in the relevant action being blocked until you upgrade.
6. Fees, billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed in US dollars in advance via Stripe, either monthly or yearly, and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. The Lifetime tier is a single one-time payment granting Agency-level access with no recurring billing. Prices exclude any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout. Failed payments may result in your account being restricted or suspended until payment is made.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund eligibility.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Webinar sessions play a pre-recorded video on a schedule, synchronised to a server clock; delivery depends on your attendees' own devices and connections. We may perform maintenance and may change or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice for material removals.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers including Stripe (payments), Supabase via Lovable Cloud (database, authentication, storage and realtime) and our email delivery provider. Your use of the Service is also subject to their terms, and their availability affects ours.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, the Service is provided "as is", we exclude implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, lost data or indirect losses, and our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
10A. Indemnity
If you use the Service for business purposes, you agree to indemnify WIN With Lee Limited (Company No. 17432233, registered in England & Wales, Basingstoke RG24 9TH)and its directors and staff against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from: (a) Your Content, including any claim that it infringes copyright, trade marks or privacy rights; (b) your misuse of the Service; or (c) any sale or representation you make to your webinar attendees. This indemnity does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by consumer protection law.
10B. Copyright notice and takedown
If you believe content hosted on Webinar Pro infringes your rights, email support@winwithlee.co.uk with: (i) the work concerned; (ii) the URL or location of the material; (iii) your contact details; and (iv) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised. We will investigate promptly and remove or disable access where appropriate. Affected account holders may submit a counter-notice. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of repeat infringers.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may terminate for material breach or non-payment. On termination we may delete Your Content after a reasonable grace period; please export anything you need beforehand.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@winwithlee.co.uk.
