Refund & Cancellation Policy

How billing, renewals, cancellation and refunds work for Webinar Pro subscriptions and the one-time Lifetime tier.

Please note: this document is a standard template provided as a starting point. It has not been reviewed by a qualified legal professional and should be checked and adapted by the business owner before being relied upon.

1. How billing works

Monthly and yearly plans are paid in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The Lifetime tier is a single one-time payment for Agency-level access with no recurring billing. Prices are shown in US dollars and may have tax added at checkout.

2. Cancelling

Cancel any time from Billing in your dashboard, which opens the Stripe customer portal. There you can cancel, change plan, or switch between monthly and yearly billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid entitlements stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the account reverts to free Starter limits. Your webinars and data are not deleted on downgrade, but features above Starter limits stop being available.

3. Refunds

  • 14-day goodwill window: if you are a new paying customer and contact us within 14 days of your first payment, we will refund that payment in full.
  • Renewals: part-used monthly or yearly periods are not normally refunded. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will consider a pro-rata refund at our discretion.
  • Lifetime purchases: refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After that the purchase is final.
  • Service failure: if a paid feature genuinely did not work and we could not fix it in reasonable time, we will refund the affected period.

4. Statutory rights

If you are a UK or EU consumer you may have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. Because the Service is delivered digitally and immediately, by starting your subscription you ask us to begin supply straight away and acknowledge you may lose that cancellation right once supply has begun. This policy does not affect your statutory rights where the Service is faulty or not as described.

5. Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry. During this time your account is marked past due and you keep access briefly. If payment still fails, the subscription is cancelled and Starter limits apply. Update your card in the Stripe customer portal to restore access.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@winwithlee.co.uk from your account email with the date and amount of the charge. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Chargebacks raised without contacting us first may lead to account suspension.
