WIN With Lee Limited (Company No. 17432233, registered in England & Wales, Basingstoke RG24 9TH) operates Webinar Pro and is the data controller for creator account data. Where you use Webinar Pro to run webinars, you are the controller of your attendees' data and we act as your processor. Contact: support@winwithlee.co.uk.

• Account data: name, email address, authentication identifiers (including Google sign-in), and your brand settings.
• Billing data: subscription plan, billing period, status and Stripe customer/subscription identifiers. Card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Webinar content: video files, titles, descriptions, schedules and timed offer overlays you create.
• Attendee data: name and email supplied on registration pages, chat messages, and attendance events (join, heartbeat, leave, replay view) used for analytics.
• Technical data: basic log and error data needed to keep the service secure and working.

To provide and secure the Service (contract), to take payment and prevent fraud (contract and legitimate interests), to send transactional and webinar-related emails such as reminders and replay notifications (contract or consent), and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

Application data, authentication records, uploaded videos and brand assets are stored in Supabase infrastructure provided through Lovable Cloud. Video and brand asset buckets are private and served only through short-lived signed URLs. Access is further restricted by row-level security so creators can only reach their own data. Payments are processed by Stripe; email is sent via our managed email provider. Some providers may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or adequacy decisions.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors needed to run the Service, and where required by law. Our processors are:

• Stripe — payments and subscription billing
• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — hosting, database, authentication and storage
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• PostHog (EU) — product analytics
• Sentry (EU ingest) — error monitoring
• Crisp — live chat support

Account and webinar data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Chat messages and attendance events are retained with the webinar they belong to. Billing records are kept for as long as required by UK tax law (typically six years). You can request earlier deletion.

We use strictly necessary storage only: an authentication session for signed-in creators, and a small browser record on registration pages so returning attendees are recognised and can re-enter the webinar room. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing, and you can withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email support@winwithlee.co.uk and we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

We use encrypted transport, private storage buckets with signed access, row-level database security, and server-side validation of anything that affects data. No system is perfectly secure; please report concerns to support@winwithlee.co.uk.

Webinar Pro is not intended for use by children under 16.
